Visit Of Wang Fengchao To The National Museum

   On the 28th of May, 2024, the Chairman of the People’s Government of Chengdu City of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Wang Fengchao, who is currently on an official visit to Tajikistan, accompanied by his delegation, paid a visit to the National Museum with the intention of becoming acquainted with the history and ancient civilisation of the Tajik people.

The guests were greeted by the Director of the State Institution “National Museum” of Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ibrahimzoda Zafarsho Safo, and other officials in the courtyard of the institution. The guide conducted a museum tour in Chinese for them.

Following their visit to the National Museum, attendees were able to gain insight into the country’s rich history and culture, with a particular focus on the Tajik people and their unique historical monuments.

Mr. Wang Fengchao, Chairman of the People’s Government of Chengdu City of the People’s Republic of China, expressed his pleasure at visiting the exhibition halls and recorded his impressions in the book “Honored Guests” of the National Museum.

As a result, both parties presented each other with gifts that were meaningful and memorable, symbolising respect, friendship and respect for cultural values.
