In accordance with the requirements of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On applications from individuals and legal entities”, applications in which the surname, name, patronymic of an individual, information about his place of residence or the full name of a legal entity, the address of its location, or information do not correspond to reality and also submitted without a signature (electronic digital signature), are considered anonymous applications and are not considered if they do not contain information about preparation for committing a crime or about the crime committed.
